This is the first review I have ever written for anyone. They went out of their way to make sure I am happy and it is the least I can do: let others know how excellent they are. I wished they were more business around like this. I received the most outstanding service and sales follow up from Maker Motors. This was throughout the whole sales process: discussion, negotiations, trade in, after sale plus I have a great smart car! Pete was just straight forward guy who went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the whole process and the final deal. I am amazed not only with what they've done but also by how they've one it: with the smile and total personal dedication. I am impressed. They responded instantly, drove back and forth to my place, rushed around to get it all done making sure I was happy. I owe them infinite thanks. They truly have provided the most outstanding sales and service to me. I give them 6* out of 5. When I come to buy/sell, rest assured I will go to them! When I read their outstanding reviews, I was a bit sceptical as one never knows online. Having experienced their service I wholeheartedly agree with everything positive that was said about them. Dear Linda, Over the last 16 Months of going through the lock down restrictions, one minute we are shut, then we can trade, but only over the phone and online, then shut again, then open but with restriction, as a small business owner, like many others it was all quite scary.. This is the best dealership I have come across in relation to selling cars and customer service. During Covid they have supported me with my purchase and even extended warranty due to a slight knocking noise! The car was delivered as promised on time. These are the guys to go to.

Visited Maker Motors just over a month ago after reading the positive reviews about the quality of the cars and the level of customer service. I was glad I did because my experience verified the previous reviews and the back up of being affiliated with the trading standards scheme. Peter was very helpful and friendly. We ended up purchasing a low mileage Kia Rio and we are delighted with our purchase. The car was valet cleaned to a very high standard plus we were told that all cars come with a 3 month warranty covering everything. Maker Motors provided a very friendly and professional service. We sat down with Peter and he felt he was very honest with regard to the details of the car; he was keen to get the car in the best possible condition before delivering it personally to us. The car I bought had a number of issues, which the owner promised to follow up and fix post sale, but once I handed over the money and took the car, they ended up fobbing me off for 6 months, and the issues were never fixed. The issues included a broken front seat, clicking steering wheel, and wobbly side mirror, which I ended up stuck with. The car was ok apart from the issues, hence 3 stars.
